Money - payouts, reports, taxes

Sales money flows directly to your bank via your own Stripe account (Finance → Payouts). We never hold your funds.

  • Money view per event - gross, refunds, fees, net payout, cash logged, door mix.
  • Reports - org-wide P&L, income by category, sales tax collected (kept apart from income), CSV exports that open clean in QuickBooks.
  • 1099s - pay DJs, performers, contractors through Pay people and year-end totals + who-needs-a-1099 come out as a CSV.
  • Nonprofits - donation receipts carry your EIN and the tax-deductible language automatically.
