Your plan - what you pay

Everything is free and there is nothing to buy. No subscription, no tiers, no upgrade. We make money one way: a per-transaction fee, at one published rate that is the same for every organization. See Fees & pricing for the full schedule.

A new workspace starts with the selling tools switched on (tickets, door, POS, donations, payouts). The rest - CRM, forms, campaigns, invoicing, the festival planner, website and team - is one free click on Your plan. Switching it on does not change your rate; it never did anything but hide the tools you weren't using yet.

The only choice left is who funds the fee, set per product: pass it to the buyer, split it 75/50/25, or absorb it. Cash, mailed checks, comps and verified-nonprofit donations are always free.
