Refunds

Refund from the event's Money page: pick the order, full or partial amount, with a reason.

• Service fees are non-refundable - the refund cap is what the buyer paid minus the fee, and that's disclosed at checkout, on the refund panel, and in the public refund policy.
• Refunding revokes the ticket QR - it will scan as invalid at the door.
• Vendor deposits aren't refunds - use Return deposit / Keep deposit on the invoice instead, after the festival.
