EVENT INFORMATION — Fiesta Mexicana #57 – 2026 📅 Friday, September 11, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM 📅 Saturday, September 12, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM 📅 Sunday, September 13, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM 📍 Location: Calder Plaza, 300 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 INFORMATION BOOTH (NON-PROFIT OR FOR-PROFIT) This booth is designated for services only and is subject to approval by the Mexican Heritage Association of West Michigan (MHAWM). Vendors in this category may NOT sell merchandise, food, or products of any kind. For-profit businesses must have fewer than seven (7) employees. If your company has more than seven employees, please contact ilse@mhawm.org to learn about additional sponsorship and participation opportunities. Please note: • MHAWM will not provide tables, chairs, or electricity. • Booths must be fully set up by 11:30 AM each day. • Vendors are required to remain open until 5:00 PM each day, or later if desired. • Vendors are responsible for the removal of all equipment and products; MHAWM is not responsible for guarding booths or contents. MERCADO VENDOR Mercado vendors may sell approved merchandise and products as authorized by MHAWM. Mercado vendors will be located in the designated Mercado Area. The following items are strictly prohibited: • Food and beverages • Laser pointers • Illegal or counterfeit merchandise • Pirated tapes, CDs, or media • T-shirts without prior approval • Drug-related paraphernalia • Sexually explicit items or materials Please note: • MHAWM will provide electricity only. • Tables and chairs are not provided. • Vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM each day. • Vendors are required to remain open until 11:00 PM each day. PAYMENT AND DEADLINES Your space is not secured until payment is received in full. Applications and deposits are due by July 31st, 2026. Applications received after the deadline are subject to space availability and will incur a $20 late fee.
