Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Events Command platform (“the Service”) as an organizer or an attendee.

Using the Service

By creating an account or buying a ticket, registering as a vendor, or making a donation through the Service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract to use it.

Organizer accounts

Organizers are responsible for their events, the accuracy of their listings, fulfilling what they sell (tickets, booths, sponsorships), their tax obligations, and complying with the laws that apply to their events. The Service is a tool; the organizer is the merchant of record for their sales.

Payments and fees

Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. The platform charges a per-transaction fee disclosed at checkout and on the billing page; subscription tiers are billed as shown. Payouts to organizers are handled via Stripe Connect.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful, to misrepresent an event, to send messages without the recipient’s consent, or in a way that harms the Service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Events Command is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for an organizer’s event.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: hello@eventscommand.com.
